5.1 All bat999 Account Funds are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL digital, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
5.2 bat999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. bat999 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of the Platform, though processing times may vary based on payment provider procedures outside bat999's control.
5.4 bat999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting documentation of the source of deposited funds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such reviews.
5.5 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus balance.

10.3 bat999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure; payment processor delays; events beyond bat999's reasonable control; or any Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
11.1 bat999 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following self-regulation tools, accessible from Account Settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; temporary account cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted via Account Settings take effect immediately. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts on bat999. Any Account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed and deposits returned.

12.2 On closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach or fraud), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 All disputes not resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
